How long can I carry my baby with the Qookie Go?

Basically, you can carry the Qookie Go for as long as is comfortable for both of you. It's perfect for short carrying intervals and "hop on, hop off" moments when little legs get tired. Since the weight is on one side, it's not intended for long-term carrying, but rather as a practical support when you want to quickly put your child on your hip. You can extend the carrying time by alternating between carrying on both sides.

Can Qookie Go be washed in the washing machine?

Yes! At 30°C, spin at low speed. If possible, wash your Qookie Go carrier in a pillowcase or laundry net.

Why is your name Qookie?

The brand name Qookie is a reference to our younger daughter’s nickname. When Anna founded Limas in 2015, the name was created from her eldest daughter's initials, and we felt that the little one sometimes felt a bit disadvantaged. Since we sometimes call the little one “Cookie” in everyday life, we decided to use this nickname as the basis for the brand name of our next company.

Wie sicher halten die Magnet-Schnallen?

Sie halten bombenfest und können nicht von alleine aufgehen. Die magnetischen Schnallen funktionieren sehr ähnlich wie herkömmliche Schnallen. Die Magnete dienen ausschließlich dem Zweck, die Teile der Schnalle schnell zu verbinden, und haben keine Auswirkungen auf die Belastbarkeit der Schnalle selbst. Sie halten zusammen, indem ein kleiner Pilzkopf von einem Gegenstück umschlossen und festgehalten wird. Um die Schnalle aufzumachen muss man zwei Knöpfe gleichzeitig drücken, wie bei einer normalen Schnalle. Diese Konstruktion gewährleistet eine zuverlässige Verbindung, die bei gerader Belastung bis zu 160kg getestet wurde.

Kann ich die Qookie Vario ab Geburt nutzen?

Ja, die Qookie Vario kannst du bereits ab Geburt verwenden, sofern dein Baby mindestens 3,5 kg wiegt oder ungefähr Kleidergröße 56 erreicht hat. Die Trage deckt eine Gewichtsspanne von 3,5 kg bis 15 kg bzw. Größe 62 bis 104 ab. Dank der stufenlos verstellbaren Stegbreite und Rückenteilhöhe (über Klett im Bauchgurt) lässt sie sich optimal anpassen und ermöglicht die korrekte Anhock-Spreiz-Haltung.
