Why is your name Qookie?

The brand name Qookie is a reference to our younger daughter’s nickname. When Anna founded Limas in 2015, the name was created from her eldest daughter's initials, and we felt that the little one sometimes felt a bit disadvantaged. Since we sometimes call the little one “Keks” in everyday life, we decided to use this nickname as the basis for the brand name of our next company.

Perfect for clingy toddlers!

My little girl is 15 months old and in the afternoons she often gets clingy and doesn't want me to put her down, which makes getting dinner ready hard. My other carrier is ok but it takes a while to get on, get her in, and to get her back out when as a young toddler she suddenly decides she wants to go play for 5 minutes. With the Qookie Go I can pop her in and she can hang out close to mama on my hip as usual but hands free for me! Material and workmanship is beautiful and we both love it. My husband also enjoys that it's easy for him to use as well.
