If the product doesn't fit or you don't like it, you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return it. Please follow the steps below to ensure a smooth and quick processing of your return:

GERMANY & AUSTRIA:

  1. Register your return and request a return label: We offer return labels for €5; these costs will be reimbursed to you without any complications. The amount will be deducted from your refund. To register your return and receive a label, please send us a brief email to info@qookie-baby.com und Please provide your order number. Please also tell us the reason for the return – we greatly value your feedback and are always striving to improve.
  2. Fold the baby carrier neatly: Help us process your return faster by carefully folding the baby carrier. This will allow us to receive the product in good condition and speed up the processing.
  3. Packaging: Please return your product in its original box/packaging. If possible, do not use the product box as the shipping box!
  4. Cleanliness of the goods: The carrier must be in mint condition with no signs of use. For hygiene reasons, we unfortunately cannot accept returns of soiled or washed products.
  5. Return label: Affix the return label to the package in a clearly visible location. Ensure that all old labels and barcodes are removed or rendered illegible.
  6. Drop-off at shipping service provider: Drop off the package at DHL and keep the proof of postage until you receive confirmation from us that we have received your return.

REST OF THE WORLD:

  1. Register return: We currently do not offer DHL return labels for countries outside of Germany and Austria. However, we would be happy if you could inform us of your return by sending a short email to info@qookie-baby.com anmeDear customer, please tell us the reason for the return - we greatly appreciate your feedback and always strive to improve.

  5. Drop-off at shipping service provider: Please send the package using an insured shipping method with tracking. Drop the package off at the post office and keep the receipt until you receive confirmation from us that we have received your return.
