If the product doesn't fit or you don't like it, you have 30 days from the date you received your order to return it. Please follow the steps below to ensure smooth and quick processing of your return:
- Register your return and request a return slip : We offer return labels for €5, which will be easily deducted from your refund. To register your return and receive a label, please send us a short email to info@qookie-baby.com and provide us with your order number. Please also state the reason for the return – we greatly value your feedback and are always striving to improve.
- Fold the baby carrier neatly : Help us process your return faster by folding the baby carrier carefully. This allows us to receive the product in good condition and expedite processing.
- Packaging : Return your product in its original box/packaging. If possible, do not use the product box as a shipping box!
- Cleanliness of the product : The carrier must be in new condition and without any signs of wear. For hygiene reasons, we unfortunately cannot accept returns of soiled or washed products.
- Return label : Attach the return label clearly to the package. Make sure all old labels and barcodes are removed or obscured.
- Drop off at shipping service provider : Drop off the package at DHL and keep the receipt until you receive confirmation of receipt of your return from us.
