This product is a deposit-free rental of our hammocks. The exact product details can be found under the respective products.
At the end of the rental, all items must be returned to us in their original packaging. If you want to keep our products, please contact us before the end of your rental period and we will charge the rental price. You can then decide for yourself whether you want to keep the rented products or exchange them for new ones.
Please note that the rented products are not always new. Usual signs of wear and tear caused by multiple shipments or multiple assembly and dismantling are not grounds for a complaint about the rental.
ATTENTION: There is no right of withdrawal for rented products. Even if the goods are returned early, the rental price will not be refunded.
It goes without saying for us that a product should be of high quality and not break under stress. When you buy a Qookie product, you receive a 2-year guarantee from us. We rely on long-lasting products.
If something should break, we have our own repair service with which we can repair almost any product. Sustainability and longevity are not just empty phrases for us, but rather a priority.
Our products are shipped with DPD.
Unfortunately, shipping to a packing station is not possible.
