Return shipping rental
ATTENTION: For a complete set you need 2 labels.
Please include the order number in the purchase comments. We will then send the desired number of DPD return labels to you by email. This means you can hand the parcels in at any DPD shop and they will arrive safely at our premises.
The labels have to be created manually and therefore shipping can take 1-2 days depending on the workload.
It goes without saying for us that a product should be of high quality and not break under stress. When you buy a Qookie product, you receive a 2-year guarantee from us. We rely on long-lasting products.
If something should break, we have our own repair service with which we can repair almost any product. Sustainability and longevity are not just empty phrases for us, but rather a priority.
Our products are shipped with DPD.
Unfortunately, shipping to a packing station is not possible.
